Therapy:
Initial session (60 minutes): $200
Follow-up session (50 minutes): $180
Insurances accepted at this time: Aetna, Cigna, Tufts Harvard Pilgrim
If you have a PPO and receive Out of Network (OON) benefits from your insurance company, I can offer a receipt for you to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier. Reimbursement can vary depending upon your insurance plan. Please be in touch with your insurance provider to determine whether reimbursement is an option for you.
Yoga:
60 minute customized individual session: $80
Sometimes, healing can require us to go beyond the words we find to express ourselves. It can be helpful to pay deeper attention to our bodies and what they reveal to us about our pain and resilience. Yoga offers a wonderful way to do this, whether by itself or in conjunction with therapy.Â
